Texture Play in Photoshop Pt.2

Here are another two textures I created in Photoshop. This time I used layers to create a more detailed affect, while in the last attempt it was only using one.

This is a poster I'm currently working on, this idea started from an image I saw in a magazine once, which I started doodling over when I was bored lol. Here's the image from the magazine with my doodles on...

After much thought I decided to create a poster like drawing, that would reflect deception within beauty, or even woman covering their natural looks with make up, which ever way you look at it.  In my opinion,
I believe a lot of people fall for looks, and I always say things are not always what they seem, or looks are decieving! I saw this message in mind and I went with it.

And here's the almost finished image. But I still have alot to do with the hair and the shading

Over protected

Here is a image I am currently working on, this came into mind when I was laying on my bed thinking about my younger years, and if ever I had someone to protect me then, it would of been my teddy :).. So here is the image I had in mind, and as you can see it's not completed yet.

In the style of.. PT.2

These are some shots of the environment/buildings. I called it the central street shot, this is where the turtles will be seen blasted from the sewage drain into the skies.

This one is using sunlight. Not sure if i use this method that it will give shadows in the background as I'm using plans to add more building in the background, making it more city like.

This one is just using the street light to light up the scene. If the skylight creates shadows I don't want then I shall go for this method, although i think it's a lil too dark. But i'll work on it! Besides I'd like my short to be set at night time.

In The Style Of... PT.1

I know I have not posted on here for a long while, dont worry i'm still about :D.. Right now, i'll just be creating quick posts for Uni, and will update on my personal stuff later... right here is a few images of my current project. Which is to recreate a childrens TV programme in a chosen style, I chose to do Ninja Turtles in the style of 'The Lost Thing'.

Texture play in Photoshop Pt.1

These are my two1st textures I created in photoshop, there not the best, poor effort actually, but I was  just playing around at this point. Didn't take me long either, as I was messing around really to get a feel, but I will spend more time on the textures at a later date. Maybe next week.
